We are an environmentally friendly development of spacious level lots on a beautiful, crescent shaped sandy beach with a majestic view of San Marcos Island on the Sea of Cortez.
We are located approximately 3 km south of the little town of San Bruno, and about 25 km south of the major town of Santa Rosalia. Santa Rosalia is approximately 550 miles south of the us border. We pride ourselves in being a small personal community with about 12 miles of secluded beaches to the south and 2 miles to the north. electricity is obtained thru the use of solar and wind power, with fresh water provided to each lot via water lines from our own 11,000 gal water tank.
A full time caretaker and family live on the property and provide both security and maintenance for the community and lot owners.
