As of 2/1/ 11 owner of lot
32-1 and 32-2 has installed a 1500 gal septic system. house plans have been
sent back to architect for some changes, and trailer placed on property for
owner to stay as building progresses.
New palm
trees have been planted at the entrance of the property and along the main
road into the development.
Plans for
the community ramadas have gone out for bid to several contractors.
